April showers bring May flowers

Some flowers from my front yard.

Emerald Blue Creeping Phlox

Hyanciths

A potted mixture from Costco's...we'll see what comes up next!

I planted a new border of hyanciths last fall - deer resistent!

I also planted a border of tulips last fall - not deer resistent! But at least they didn't eat this row:

A Little Piece of Heaven

Welcome to my garden! I live in southeastern Wisconsin and enjoy vegetable gardening, growing flowers and watching birds. My husband enjoys landscaping around our home and eating the produce from my gardens. We have three teenagers, but I'll save those stories for a different blog!

My garden has many sentimental plants from my parent's and grandparent's gardens with several unique plants like yellow raspberries and blue holland poppyseeds. I'm looking forward to keeping this journal of my gardening experiences! I hope you'll enjoy it along with me.
